The cost
What you give up on day one.
None of this is recoverable by trying harder in the new tool. Read it before you cancel anything.
Ocoya gives you a canvas: move the box, change the font, place the logo. Zoomies renders the post from your brand profile and lets you edit the words instead of the layout. That is deliberate, and it is still fewer controls than you have today.
There is no importer. Your post archive, your scheduled queue, your saved templates, your connected accounts, and your analytics baselines all stay where they are. You will be starting the numbers over.
Switching costs a week of everyone being slower. If the current setup is merely unexciting rather than broken, that week is a real price for a change nobody asked for.

What you get in exchange.
The output is a finished vertical video or carousel with the words already burned in, drafted from pages on your own site. The part that usually stalls, which is producing the video at all, is the part that stops being yours.

Day one, paste your site and read the brand profile it builds. Correct it properly, because every draft after this is written from it and a wrong audience line poisons the whole batch.
Still day one, generate one batch and review it before you connect a single account. If the drafts do not sound like you, stop. That is the entire test and it costs you twenty minutes.
Week one, keep Ocoya running exactly as it is. Connect one platform in Zoomies, publish from it, and see the post land before you touch the second.
Weeks two to four, let the Ocoya queue drain rather than cancelling it mid-flight. Export anything you want to keep first, because you will not be able to reach back for it later.
At the end of the month, decide. Plenty of people should end up keeping both, with Zoomies on the video feeds and the old tool on the text networks, and that is a real outcome rather than a failure to commit.
