Rules for creating, exporting, scheduling, and publishing with Zoomies.

These terms cover Zoomies, including private beta features. The product generates platform-ready organic marketing content now and rolls out direct publishing as approvals, scopes, and quotas become available.

Using Zoomies

  • Zoomies helps teams create brand-aware short-form videos, captions, thumbnails, carousel posts, schedules, exports, and analytics for organic marketing.
  • You are responsible for your workspace users, connected brands, social accounts, account permissions, approval decisions, exported files, published posts, and use of generated content.
  • You must use Zoomies in a lawful way, follow these terms, and comply with the rules of each connected platform, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Meta developer requirements.

Who can use Zoomies

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a Zoomies account. The TikTok Content Posting API sets 18 as its own floor and the product connects to it, so we hold the whole account to the same line rather than gating one feature.
  • If you create a workspace on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company, and "you" in these terms means both you and that company.
  • Zoomies is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we will close it and delete the associated data.
  • Each connected platform sets its own age and account-type rules. Meeting the Zoomies minimum does not mean you meet TikTok's, Instagram's, YouTube's, or Facebook's.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Zoomies for infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, hateful, sexually abusive, violent extremist, malware, spam, or platform-manipulation activity.
  • Do not create or publish regulated-category claims unless you have the required legal clearance. This includes medical, financial, legal, employment, housing, political, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, supplements, and other regulated or sensitive claims.
  • Do not impersonate another person or brand, misrepresent endorsements, hide material sponsorships, or create content that deceives viewers about who is speaking, selling, or responsible for the message.
  • Do not use Zoomies to generate fake engagement, automate likes, follows, comments, DMs, views, shares, or other engagement behavior. Engagement automation and bots are not part of the product.

Your assets and generated media

  • You keep ownership of brand materials, uploads, logos, screenshots, product footage, prompts, captions, and other assets you provide to Zoomies.
  • You grant Zoomies the rights needed to host, process, transform, render, store, display, export, and submit those assets to service providers and social platforms solely to operate the product for you.
  • Generated media may include AI-created text, imagery, voice, avatar footage, layouts, or video. AI output may not be unique to you, may require review, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before approval, export, scheduling, or publishing.
  • Zoomies may enforce product checks that block or flag unsafe, restricted, low-confidence, or potentially non-compliant content, but those checks do not replace your own legal, brand, and platform review.

User uploads

  • You may upload screen recordings, product footage, logos, and other source files for Zoomies to use in your content. You keep ownership of everything you upload.
  • By uploading a file you attest that you have the rights to use it commercially in organic marketing, that it does not contain a person whose likeness you lack permission to use, and that it carries no third-party music, footage, or trademark you have not cleared.
  • Uploads are stored against your workspace, are visible to members of that workspace, and are used only to render and export your content. Assets recorded under this section carry the license reference "ugc-user-attestation", which points back to this page.
  • We may refuse, remove, or stop rendering an upload that appears to breach these terms, a platform policy, or someone else's rights. Where a rendered file has already been exported or published, removal from Zoomies does not retract the copy you distributed.
  • Uploaded files follow the retention windows described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting a workspace or your account removes them on the schedule set out there.

Licenses and commercial rights

  • You must have the necessary commercial rights for every uploaded asset, product image, logo, testimonial, voice, likeness, font, clip, screenshot, music track, sound effect, and other material you provide or ask Zoomies to use.
  • Do not upload assets that violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, confidentiality, employment, marketplace, app-store, or platform rules.
  • If Zoomies uses provider-licensed stock, avatar, voice, music, or AI media sources, your rights are limited by the license terms of those sources and by the plan or provider restrictions that apply.
  • Do not add mainstream copyrighted music or uncleared audio to rendered files unless you have the required license or the platform provides an allowed commercial music workflow.

Official APIs and platform requirements

  • Zoomies is designed to publish and read metrics through official APIs only. We do not support headless-browser posting, password sharing, scraping-based posting, or bypassing platform review.
  • Some publishing features require platform approval, advanced access, quota increases, business verification, Creator or Business account types, Facebook Page access, valid OAuth tokens, or other platform-specific conditions.
  • Until approvals and quota are available for a platform, Zoomies may operate in beta export mode: generate platform-ready videos, captions, and reminders for manual posting instead of direct autopublishing.
  • Connected platform use remains subject to each platform's own terms, developer policies, rate limits, review status, disclosure tools, and enforcement decisions.

AI disclosure and compliance

  • You are responsible for making required AI, synthetic media, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliate, and material-connection disclosures before content is published or distributed.
  • Where an official API supports AI-generated or altered-content labels, Zoomies may provide settings or defaults to help submit those labels, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of the disclosure.
  • Do not use Zoomies to create realistic AI likenesses, cloned voices, testimonials, or endorsements without the consent and commercial rights required by law and platform policy.

Beta limits, exports, and availability

  • Zoomies is in private beta. Features, pricing, limits, platform support, render quality, analytics, autopublish behavior, and quota availability may change before general release.
  • Exported files are provided so you can review, download, and manually post content while platform approvals are pending or when direct publishing is unavailable.
  • Scheduling, publishing, analytics, and notification features may fail because of expired tokens, platform outages, review limits, API quota, rejected media, policy enforcement, or account restrictions. You should monitor scheduled posts and platform accounts directly.

Beta plans and billing

  • Zoomies takes no payments during the private beta. We do not collect a card, open a checkout, create a paid subscription, or provide a billing portal during this period.
  • Every beta workspace uses the Free allowance: one brand, one connected account, and three finished videos for the life of the workspace.
  • Paid plan names, prices, and allowances may be shown for research. Clicking interest in one of those plans does not buy it, reserve it, or create a charge.
  • Pricing, limits, and paid plan contents may change before payments are enabled. We will present applicable payment and renewal terms before anyone can subscribe.

Refunds and cancellation

  • There is nothing to cancel or refund during the private beta because Zoomies does not take payment or create paid subscriptions.
  • You can stop using Zoomies at any time and delete your account from the product.
  • If payments are enabled after the beta, the checkout will present the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms that apply before you consent to a charge.

Termination and suspension

  • You can stop using Zoomies at any time. Deleting your account is available in the product and follows the deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts a connected platform's approval or our own compliance at risk, that is used for the activity listed under Acceptable use, or that is not paying for the plan it is using.
  • Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it before we terminate. Where a platform, a payment processor, or the law requires immediate action, we may act first and explain afterwards.
  • After termination you lose access to workspaces, drafts, schedules, and stored media. Export what you want to keep before you close an account. Content you already published to a social platform is not affected and remains subject to that platform's rules.
  • The sections covering your assets and generated media, licenses and commercial rights, disclaimers and liability, and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

  • Zoomies is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated content will perform, that it will be accepted by a platform, that publishing will succeed, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
  • Zoomies is a drafting and scheduling tool, not a marketing, legal, medical, financial, or compliance adviser. Every draft is presented for your review before it is approved, exported, or scheduled, and the decision to publish is yours.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill, even if advised such damages were possible.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Zoomies in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • You will defend and indemnify Zoomies against third-party claims arising from your content, your uploads, your published posts, your use of connected platforms, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

  • Zoomies is operated by the independent operator of Zoomies, which is not yet incorporated. Legal notices to us should be sent to legal@usezoomies.com, which is the address we monitor and the fastest way to reach a person. If you need to serve notice on paper, write to that address first and we will give you the current postal address for service.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue.
  • We do not require you to arbitrate, and nothing here waives your right to bring a claim as part of a class. If that changes we will say so on this page before it takes effect, because it would be a material change to your rights and not a detail to bury in an update.
  • We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page and give notice in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zoomies after that is acceptance of the updated terms.
  • If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Zoomies about the service.
