Category guide

Six tools, including the cases where ours is the wrong one.

This is a category page written by a company that sells one of the things in the category. Weigh it accordingly. The way we tried to earn the read is by putting the arguments against Zoomies in the same size type as the arguments for it, and by keeping every claim to something you can check on the vendor's own site.

Disclosure

Who wrote this and why that matters.

Zoomies is one of the six. We have an obvious interest in you picking it, and a page like this is usually where that interest quietly bends the descriptions.

The check we used on ourselves: every competitor entry has to describe a case where that tool is the better buy, and the section on where Zoomies loses has to be longer than the section on where it wins. Both held.

The field

Pick each one when this is your situation.

Fastlane, for volume

The same URL-to-calendar loop with heavier automation, a standing free tier, and a head start of having shipped it first. If you want the most output for the least of your attention, this is the more aggressive machine.

Arcads, for paid media

AI actors delivering scripts you supply, built for ad testing. If the plan is to buy attention rather than earn it, an organic tool is the wrong purchase and this is the right one.

Creatify, for ad variants at scale

Product link in, avatar-led ad variants out, on credit pricing that suits work arriving in bursts around a launch.

Buffer, for breadth and maturity

Eleven-plus networks, years of reliability, and a free tier. If you already write your own posts well and only need them queued, generation is a problem you do not have.

Ocoya, for text-first networks

AI captions and template graphics across a wide network list. Better suited to the places where a static image and a paragraph still do the work.

Zoomies, for founders who will not be filmed

Vertical posts drafted from your own website, in three formats that never put you on camera, held in a review queue until you approve each one, with attribution back to visits and signups.

Against us

Where Zoomies loses, plainly.

No track record. Zoomies is in beta. Every other tool on this page has been shipping longer, and there is no way to compensate for that with features.

Four platforms and no more: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook. Nothing on LinkedIn, X, Threads, or Pinterest, so a fair chunk of B2B distribution is simply out of scope.

The review step is work. Four minutes over coffee is still four minutes you did not spend building, and a tool that skipped it would be faster.

Generation is not instant. A batch takes minutes rather than seconds, so this is not a thing you open and get a post from in the next thirty seconds.

No account warming, no engagement automation, no bought followers, and no plans for any of it. If you have decided you want those, three of the tools above are closer to you than we are.

The free plan is three finished posts, once. It exists to let you judge the output on your own product, not to be lived on.

For us

Where Zoomies is the better buy.

Nobody is on camera in any format. Not the text walls, not the carousels, not the green screens. If that is the reason your posting keeps not happening, it is the whole reason this exists.

The drafts come from pages you already wrote, so a claim in a post traces back to a claim on your site rather than to a swipe file.

Nothing publishes without an explicit approval, and there is no configuration that changes it.

Attribution goes past the view count to visits and signups, and where the data has not arrived the dashboard says so rather than showing a plausible number.

Exports carry no watermark on any plan, including the free one, so an approved post is yours to put anywhere.

Verdict

The short version.

If you are buying ads, buy an ad-creative tool. Arcads or Creatify, and the decision between them is about variant tooling and how spiky your production is.

If you already make good content and just need it queued, buy a scheduler. Buffer, and you will pay less than any generation tool charges.

If your channels are text-first, Fastlane and Ocoya reach further than we do, and that gap is not closing soon.

Zoomies is for one situation: you have a product worth finding, you will not be on camera, and you want to look at every post before it goes out. That is a narrower buyer than this page has readers, which is the honest way to end a category guide.

FAQ

Questions worth asking

Which AI short-form video tool is best?

There is no single answer and any page that gives you one is selling. For paid ad creative, Arcads or Creatify. For scheduling content you already make, Buffer. For maximum automated volume, Fastlane. For text-first networks, Ocoya. For faceless organic posts drafted from your own site with a mandatory human review step, Zoomies.

What can Zoomies not do that these other tools can?

It does not post to LinkedIn, X, Threads, or Pinterest. It does not generate AI actor ad videos. It does not sell or warm social accounts, and it does not automate likes, follows, or comments. It has no standing free tier, only three finished posts once. It is also in beta, with a much shorter track record than any other tool listed here.

Does Zoomies publish directly to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube?

Zoomies schedules and publishes through official platform APIs. Your workspace only shows channels whose official connection is approved and enabled, and nothing publishes without a human approving the post first.

How does Zoomies pricing work?

Payments are off during the private beta, and every workspace uses the Free allowance of three finished posts once. Starter, Growth, and Studio prices stay public as planned post-beta tiers so people can tell us which pace fits. No card or paid subscription is created during the beta.

Where to go next.

Switching from Ocoya to Zoomies

A switch from Ocoya costs you network breadth and your whole history, so the losses go first and the move is staged over a month rather than done in a day.

Arcads pricing, and what AI UGC video actually costs

Arcads publishes no price, so this page refuses to invent one and instead explains the cost structure of per-asset ad creative against flat organic pricing, conceding that per-asset is correct for paid media.
