For agencies

Ten clients. One review queue each. No heroics.

Zoomies keeps each client's brand profile, draft queue, approvals, and reporting in one workspace built for operators, not just creators.

The problem

Why this is hard for marketing agencies.

Per-client content teams do not scale

Margins disappear when every retainer needs its own writer, editor, and scheduler.

Client approvals by email are chaos

Screenshots in threads, feedback in three channels, and no audit trail of who approved what.

Reporting eats the last day of every month

Assembling per-client performance decks by hand is unbilled work.

The play

How Zoomies runs it.

A brand profile per client

Each client's offer, tone, audience, and constraints live in their own profile, so drafts start on-brand instead of generic.

Client approval portal

Clients review and approve their own queue through a portal link. Decisions are recorded, and nothing ships without sign-off.

White-label reports and an API

Agency plans include white-label reporting and API access, so Zoomies runs inside your operation instead of beside it.

FAQ

Questions worth asking

How many client brands can one workspace run?

Studio, the top plan at $149/month, includes ten brands and thirty connected accounts. Workspaces keep clients cleanly separated with their own profiles, queues, and reports.

Can clients approve content without a Zoomies login?

Yes. The client portal gives each client a scoped view of their own queue for review and approval, without access to your other clients.

Does Zoomies publish directly to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube?

Zoomies schedules and publishes through official platform APIs. Your workspace only shows channels whose official connection is approved and enabled, and nothing publishes without a human approving the post first.

How does Zoomies pricing work?

Payments are off during the private beta, and every workspace uses the Free allowance of three finished posts once. Starter, Growth, and Studio prices stay public as planned post-beta tiers so people can tell us which pace fits. No card or paid subscription is created during the beta.
